Salt River Capital was founded in 2009 and added to the Carleton family of companies in 2013. The firm provides a variety of services including deal structuring and underwriting, research, analysis, acquisition, and disposition.

Through the firm’s experience, access to the Carleton platform, and capital markets relationships, Salt River Capital provides investment opportunities, transaction execution, and investor relations services that directly address the needs of clients and partners.

Across the capital structure, Salt River Capital maintains relationships and targets solutions for financing needs. This allows the firm to work closely with debt providers (large, national banks as well as smaller local lenders) to find the debt capital best suited to each transaction.
